NATURAL WAY TO PURGE FAT AND TOXINS FROM YOUR LIVER

A word to a wise for those of us who have liver issues as part of our heritage. Taking care of your liver is the best thing you could do for your body in the long run.
The liver is one of the main parts in the human body critical to the digestion process which can be contaminated with fat and toxic. These fats and toxins may lead to many complications. Below are a few natural herbs to clean your liver.
INGREDIENTS 
  1. Garlic
  2. Ginger
  3. Onion
  4. Olive oil
  5. Oranges
PREPARATION 
Mix 1/4of olive oil, 1/4cup of ripe orange squeezed. 1/2table spoon grated garlic, 1/2table spoon grated ginger,1/2 tablespoon grated onion. Mix well till you get a homogenous mixture.
Take every day before going to bed. Repeat this for 3 nights consecutive. This will have to be a habit you take on every two weeks or once a month. Note this is not the only way to keep your liver clean.
